When will I receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive if you are in the US, and 4-6+ weeks for international orders! Due to Covid-19, there may also be delays during the shipping process. If your order is significantly delayed, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will do my best to assist you! Please email tiffi.x.audri@gmail.com for any issues.
Can you track my order?
If you opted for tracked shipping during your checkout process, absolutely! If you did not, or there is not tracking available for your purchase, unfortunately I cannot. Orders over $50 will have automatic tracking, while sticker envelopes do not have tracking to reduce the price of shipping on small packages!
Where is my tracking number?
There will only be a tracking number available if you opted for tracked shipping during your checkout process! In the case there is a tracking number, typically I hold onto them personally in case of a lost package, but if you would like to know your tracking number as well please contact me and I will be happy to send you your tracking number!
There’s something missing from my order!
Oh no! If there’s something you’ve purchased that is missing from your order, please reach out to me and I will do my best to fix it! Please email tiffi.x.audri@gmail.com for any issues.
Will you restock?
It depends! Some designs and stock are my personal favorites that I will continue to restock for an extended amount of time, while others are experimental and limited edition! If there’s something you have your eye on, there’s no guarantee that it will be restocked in the future!
Why is your shop closed?
There are times where I am restocking or away from my studio! During those times, I may have my shops closed momentarily. I always strive to reopen as soon as possible! Thank you for your patience during this time, and you can get updates on my shop status from my Instagram @tifffnay!
